PICKED UP FOR DELIVERY
Your pet's delicious frozen food leaves our Norfolk factory in either one of our green vans or by one of our expert courier partners.
HIT THE ROAD!
Our green vans are temperature-controlled. For deliveries via our expert courier partners, your pet's raw food will arrive safely tucked up in one of our specially designed boxes. Inside you will find a set of extremely cold gel packs and our cardboard liners that keep everything insulated!
DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR
We will either deliver your pet's food to you or leave it at your designated safe place. Don't worry if the gel packs have turned to liquid, they will still be at -15Cº to protect your frozen meals.
DINNER & RECYCLE TIME
When you're finished unpacking, remember to pop the cardboard boxes in your recycling bin. You can empty gel pack liquid down the sink and take them to your local recycling point.
